He/She hides behind a facade of great wit, and pompous espousing of materials which have been created or taught by many other REAL instructors before him, and truth be told, the materials re-represented by the Virtual Wanna-Be are old hat and old news.

The Virtual Wanna-Be can be identified by the wearing of often thick cokebottle bottom glasses, and very stiff, unnatural poses, which are meant to be reproduced acts resembling trained martial artists.

The Virtual Wanna-Be becomes outraged and angered when questioned or others question him. He/She hides behind many words and attempts to belittle those that would doubt him/her. He attempts to goad them and stand behind his/her Rationale comments, while unappreciative of those who have either more training, Real credentials, or true life experiences in the world in urban and often battle-scarred zones of existence.

You can recognize the Virtual Wanna-Be by his/her self-proclaiming and self-congratulatory posts about being mentioned in a book or other form of media. He/She will often publish his/her own website and start an e-zine of their own; thereby establishing himself/herself as an 'internet authority' over those who are not as critical in thought as he/she or you/me.

What to do when the Virtual Wanna-Be is recognized? Simply smile, sit back, read what they say, and chuckle to yourself. Everyone is entitled to his/her delusions. It's the net, we are all here to live and let live and to have fun.
